We were commissioned by architects George F Johnson Associates to provide outline landscape proposals and tree protection measures as part of a planning application for this English Rural HA development at Mistley, on the Stour Estuary in Essex.

Our proposals included native tree planting, shrub and herbaceous planting, with native hedgerows that tied into the existing hedgerows on the site. Key to our design was the inclusion of seasonal species that encouraged bees and other insects to create a rich and colourful scheme for this development.
