This project was for a combined campus incorporating a high school, primary school, nursery and community facility. The landscape proposal include courtyards, sheltered spaces created by the building which include seating, play, ornamental trees, planting and hard landscape areas. The wider grounds included new grass pitches, synthetic pitches, wildlife ponds and incidental play. 

The design intent was to bring the wider landscape into the courtyards, referencing the Caithness landscape through use  of undulating landform and sporadic tree planting, whilst considering providing shelter to the elements.
