Whilst in a previous role we were appointed to work with architects Design Cosmos and developer Tulip Infratech on this project for a major new residential development in Gurugram, India. The development houses 10,000 new residents, with significant parkland landscape forming the amenity spaces for the site. This is the flagship development of all of the Tulip sites and as such landscape was key to the success of the scheme. 

Following analysis of the built form and the spaces created we developed a concept based around the abstracted forms of plants to create a rich and varied series of spaces for residents. The landscape spaces comprised integrated children’s play, water features, landform and planting, all over a green roof structure that covered the underground car parking beneath.
