Part of this project for the landscape and public realm for the new Campus at Skelmersdale & Ormskirk College, was the design of the new nursery garden.

This nursery garden space had to accommodate existing equipment, and a varied and inviting play landscape. Elements such as the existing sand pit is incorporated into a decked surface, and bamboo planting created a secret garden area with seating inside. The concept for the space was that of play ‘islands’ with routes between and around them.
