The ‘Rock’ Garden

In 2023 were commissioned again to design and plant the Chelsea Flower Show tradestand for ArtFe, Scottish Blacksmiths and artists.  The concept for this garden imagines the space as a punk rock venue, with a stage forming the beating heart of the space. Visitors are invited to be part of the crowd, alongside Artfe’s sculpture, amongst mixed dark planting with splashes of colour. Reclaimed speakers lie amongst the planting, whilst the dark graffitied walls with industrial chains look like they have a story to tell. The stage features sculptural musical instruments, highlighted with reclaimed spotlights. This garden looks to celebrate Artfe’s ethos of creating beauty from recycled materials in a fun, vibrant and raucous way.
